张大煜学院成立于2016年4月，是由大连理工大学和中国科学院大连化学物理研究所共同出资建设而成的具有独立物理空间、行政架构和特区机制的学院，采用集人才培养、学科建设和科学研究等为一体的校所合作新模式。
学院配备高水平师资队伍，8位两院院士、3位化学化工国家重点实验室主任、7位长江学者、16位杰出青年基金获得者，国家级教学名师以及其他通过全球招聘引进的青年才俊的“全明星”师资阵容。
学院现依托多个研究平台，包括1个国家实验室“洁净能源国家实验室(筹)”、3个国家重点实验室“精细化工国家重点实验、催化基础国家重点实验、分子反应动力学国家重点实验”和1个教育部高等学校学科创新引智基地(“111计划”)。
学院突出化学与化工学科融合的优势与特点，以学校化学工程与技术一级学科国家重点学科和化学一级学科辽宁省重点学科为依托，充分利用中国科学院大连化学物理研究所和国家级化学实验教学示范中心的研究与教学条件，构筑科学合理的课程体系，选配优秀师资，实施精英教育。

Zhang Dayu School of Chemistry (ZDYSC) is a special academic zone, jointly established in April of 2016 by Dalian University of Technology (DLUT) and Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (DICP), both of which have impressive achievements in the fields of chemical engineering, catalytic chemistry, organic synthesis, etc. The major research of ZDYSC focuses on the Chemistry for energy materials.
ZDYSC has a strong faculty of researchers, including 8 academicians of the Chinese Academy, 3 directors of the state key laboratory, 7 Changjiang Professors of the Ministry of Education, 16 awaedees of the National Outstanding Young Scientists for the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), and promising researchers recruited from overseas well-known research institutions.
ZDYSC is relying on multiple key laboratories including Dalian National Laboratory for Clean Energy (DNL), three State Key Laboratories, and the Scheme of Intelligence Introduction for Innovation at Chinese Universities (“111 project”) sponsored by the Ministry of Education. The vision of ZDYSC is to build a world-class chemistry discipline with accelerated innovation through chemical research.
ZDYSC has gradually become the center for frontier research, technical innovation and graduate students training in the fields of the chemistry for energy materials. ZDYSC was authorized to grant academic degrees of PhD, Master and Bachelor.
ZDYSC has an ambition to develop an active, creative and collaborative high-level institute with international reputation.

一、招聘岗位
研究员、副研究员、助理研究员、博士后
二、应聘条件
1、在无机化学、有机化学、物理化学、分析化学、材料、能源等领域有雄厚的研究基础；
2、具有博士学位，应聘研究员、副研究员职位应具有海外博士后工作经历2- 3年以上；
3、应聘研究员年龄不超过40岁、副研究员年龄不超过35岁。
三、工作和生活等待遇
参照大连理工大学协同创新中心、科研特区以及中科院大连化学物理研究所的有关规定，张大煜学院对受聘的科研人员采用PI制并实行具有国际竞争力的年薪制。
年薪制工资：研究员60万/年，副研究员40万/年，助理研究员23万/年，博士后在学校给予的全口径 40、30、25、20万/年的基础上另外配套6万/年；
启动经费：研究员200万，副研究员100万，助理研究员30万；
研究生：每年为研究员、副研究员至少提供1名硕士生或博士生。
如应聘者成功申报入选国家青年人才项目，学院将提供研究员岗位，并将科研经费增至300万，研究生招生方面也有相应的政策倾斜。

Positions Available & Requirements
- Faculty positions (associate professors and full professors)
- Applicants should have obtained PhD degree.
- Applicants should have overseas postdoc research experience for 2-3 years in related areas.
- Applicants should also have well documented academic achievements in related research areas.
- Applicants must be under the age of 35 for associate professor, and 40 for full professor.
- Postdoc and assistant professor positions
- Applicants must be holders of PhD Degree from related disciplines, from the top 100 universities in the world.
- Applicants shall have outstanding research achievements.
- Applicants must be under the age of 35.
- Non-native English speakers should have an excellent communicating ability in Chinese and English.
Benefits
- Salary：A highly competitive annual salary at an international level will be offered by DUT for the position, which is up to RMB 0.6 million for professor, 0.4million for associate professor, 0.23 million for assistant professor, 0.26-0.46 million for postdoc.
- Start-up research fund: up to RMB 2 million for professor, 1 million for associate professor,3 million for assistant professor.
- Graduate students: provide professor and associate professor with at least 1 master or PhD student per year.
- If the applicant will successfully declare the Thousand Talents Plan, the school will provide the position of professor, and increase the research funds to 3 million for each person. The postgraduate enrollment also has the corresponding policy support.
