The SchoolofManagement, founded in 2000, now possesses more than 4,000 teachers and students, which is the college with largest number of students in Hebei University (HBU). There are 117 faculty members, including 100 full-time teachers, 38 professors, 46 associate professors, 10 doctoral supervisors and 63 master's supervisors.
There are seven departments, including the Department of Finance, Information Management Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Library Science, Archives and Tourism Management.
The disciplines of the school cover the first-level master's degree programs of all disciplines included. Now, there are 2 first-level disciplines authorized to offer doctoral degrees in management science and engineering as well as library information and archives management, and 4 first-level disciplines authorized to award master degrees, including 10 second-level disciplines authorized to offer academic master degrees, 6 disciplines authorized to offer professional master's degree and 13 undergraduate programs. In addition, there are one pilot class for collaborative education (an experimental class with the CPA Association of Hebei Province) and one international cooperation project (a human resources management cooperation class with the IrishNationalAcademy). TheschoolofManagementhas the latest Xiongan New Area Research Institution. And Social Construction andGovernanceResearchCenteris also base on theSchoolofManagement.
Introduction about HebeiUniversity
As a key comprehensive university inChina, Hebei University (HBU) is co-constructed by Ministry of Education, the People's Government of Hebei Province and State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense of PRC. It is also one of the first-level universities participating inChina’s construction plan of national first-class university and world-class disciplines, with strong support from the Hebei Provincial Government. CurrentlyHebeiUniversityis the closest higher education institution located near by the Xiongan New Area.
The university was originally founded by French Jesuits as Tianjin Technology andBusinessUniversityin 1921, located at No.141,Machang Road,Tianjin. It was renamed as Tianjin Technology andBusinessCollegein 1933 due to its small scale. In 1948, it was registered as JinguUniversitywith 10 departments in three colleges.
Covering an area of approximately 162 hectares, the university is consisted of the Main Campus, the New Campus and theMedicalSchool, with the total construction area of 1.29 million square meters. The total value of fixed assets is 3.1 billion RMB. There are 27 secondary colleges, 15 first-level disciplines authorized to offer doctoral degrees, 46 first-level disciplines authorized to award master degrees, 26 disciplines authorized to offer professional master degrees, 11 disciplines authorized to offer master degrees of engineering, and 94 undergraduate programs. As one of the universities with most completed discipline fields acrossChina, it embraces 12 major specialties including philosophy, economics, law, pedagogy, literature, history, science, engineering, agronomy, medicine, management and art. There is also an independent college--Industrial andCommercial College,HebeiUniversity, with 59 undergraduate programs.

The applicant for this position shall have the ability to apply and host the national research project and frontier projects closely related to the latest development of national economy and achieving innovative research results.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. The applicant should have good professional ethics and rigorous research spirit, considerable teaching ability;
2. The applicant, in principle, should hold a doctoral degree from renowned overseas university or graduated with a Ph.D. degree from national top universities in management disciplines about accounting, data analysis, e-commerce, etc.
3. The applicants should be able to take the initiative in learning and work full-time or part time atHebeiUniversity.
