波音首个海外完工和交付中心落户中国舟山。作为该中心的配套项目及波音公司特许合作培训机构，舟山航空培训中心（波音合作机构）为舟山波音完工中心有限公司（波音和中国商飞的合资公司）的相关技术人员提供技能培训。舟山航空培训中心（波音合作机构）落户在浙江舟山群岛新区旅游与健康职业学院。

浙江舟山群岛新区旅游与健康职业学院是由舟山市人民政府主办的全日制普通高校，也是国内第一所以旅游与健康命名，培养旅游与健康复合型人才的高职院校。学院坐落于国家级旅游景区朱家尖，与“海天佛国”普陀山隔海相望，环境优美，各类设施一应俱全。

舟山航空培训中心（波音合作机构）作为波音737MAX系列飞机完工和交付中心项目的重要配套之一，于2017年1月由舟山市政府批准开工建设，2018年8月完工，并于同年9月开训。

舟山航空培训中心（波音合作机构）总投入约8000万元，建筑面积6000余平方，包括内饰车间和喷涂车间。中心配备2000余套、6000余件工具及737MAX模拟舱等各类专业设施设备。培训中心为由波音公司和中国商飞共同投资组建的舟山波音完工中心有限公司（以下简称“合资公司”）员工和潜在员工提供航线、航电、质量、机械、内饰、喷漆等方面的培训。培训中心现已招聘4名航空技术教员，所有教员均具有航空制造或维修经历并持有相关证书，且已经获得美国波音公司授权进行培训授课，培训中心按照波音、商飞国际航空制造业一流标准为合资公司培养合格人才。

General requirements/综合要求

1. Civil Aviation Administration of China CCAR-66 (ME-TA) Civil Aircraft Maintenance Personnel License;

2. 5 years or above experience in teaching B737 aircraft in aviation School or CCAR 147 Basic Training course (ME);

3. 5 years or above teaching or working experience in airline maintenance and/or overhaul.

4. Applicants with more than 3 years of component project training experience or B737 maintenance license are preferred:

l spray paint

l Maintenance of aluminum alloy structure

l Rectilinear pipeline maintenance

l repairs its kitchen

l plane bathroom repair

l Repairs kitchen equipment on a plane

5. Experience in teaching MRO training courses, such as composite maintenance, Technical English, human factors, etc., is an additional advantage.
